Smart Home & Automation
Will my home still work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Home Assistant runs on a controller inside your home, so lights, climate and scenes keep working without the internet. The cloud only adds remote access and convenience.
Can I use Alexa or another voice assistant?
Yes. Home Assistant works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple's Siri, alongside the app and wall panels.
Am I locked into one brand?
No. We choose devices on technical merit and use open standards such as Zigbee, Matter and KNX, so devices from many manufacturers can be added or replaced later.
How much does a smart home cost?
It depends on the size of the home and what you want to automate. After a site visit we send a proposal with real options, rather than a fixed package.
What happens after handover?
You receive the documentation, training and every admin account. The system is covered by a twelve-month warranty, and we provide remote support and controlled updates.
