What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, city or area, the type of customer you are and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you send us through those services.

We collect anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed, the website you came from, your country and type of device, without cookies and without identifying you.

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel are also used to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. They set cookies in your browser.

How we use it

We use your inquiry details only to reply to you, to prepare proposals and site visits you ask for, and to keep a record of our correspondence.

We use visit statistics and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the website is used and to improve it and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who processes it for us

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and our email is provided by Zoho. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta process analytics and advertising data under their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Egypt. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate security measures.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, carry out any work you ask us to do, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@ymyeg.com.

You can accept or decline cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Egyptian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
